We encourage you to read more about our privacy policies. Please contact with any questions or concerns.

Incentives & Honorariums

Greenwald Research and its clients frequently offer research participants honorariums to thank them for their time and input. These can take several forms, including gift cards, e-gift cards, drawings for prizes, and checks. It takes anywhere from a day to three weeks for incentives to be processed and sent, depending on how the research is conducted (online, phone or in-person) and how long it takes to conduct the research. Any consideration or honorarium that is paid to you, the respondent, for participation in research is not calculated based on time spent by you, the respondent. Likewise, any consideration that is paid to you, the respondent, for participation in research is not pro-rated on an hourly basis or otherwise.

Sometimes, respondents, especially financial or HR professionals, are not comfortable accepting honorariums or incentives, or their company policy does not allow this. Each person must decide for themselves whether or not to accept an incentive.

At times, Greenwald Research offers research participants the option of donating their incentive to charity. Typically, we pre-select nationally recognized charities to choose from – doing so allows us to ensure that a reputable charity actually receives the money. Greenwald Research tries to be as flexible as possible with these honorariums and incentives to meet both our clients’ needs and the individual needs of research participants. If you have any trouble with your incentive or honorarium, please contact us.
