Project Coordinator

We are in search of a highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented problem-solver to execute on tasks related to health and wealth market research. Project Coordinators work closely with project managers and directors to support the day-to-day activities associated with qualitative and quantitative research. Project Coordinators have visibility into all aspects of the research processes, providing significant opportunity for professional growth and mentorship. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are paramount in this role.

  • You’ll hop in to the day-to-day of collecting qualitative and quantitative data and delivering clear and powerful results to our partners. You’ll pull quotes and sort responses to open-ended questions, test online surveys, create compelling visuals, and enter data.
  • You’ll go through our research and results with a fine-tooth comb to ensure that our research and results are of the highest quality. You’ll check numbers, text, formatting, charts, programming logic, and more in a variety of deliverables.
  • You’ll collaborate to execute on many of the moving parts involved in collecting high quality market research data. You’ll coordinate focus group and interview logistics, send invitations to research participants, and mail surveys.
  • You’ll be a super-communicator, keeping your project manager and clients in the loop on all projects, liaising with focus group facilities, conducting phone and online recruitment, and working as an effective member of a team.
  • You’ll learn a ton as you pivot to different tasks and areas of focus, building your expertise in health and wealth market research through targeted learning opportunities and regular insight into a variety of projects and subject matter.

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • College-level coursework in research methods and/or statistics required
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint graphics and formatting required
  • Experience working with data in Excel and SPSS (or similar program) preferred
  • Experience planning events or meetings or focus groups a plus


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates to project directors and clients on project progress
  • Create graphs, charts and tables for reports that display relevant data in a visually compelling format
  • Quality control, to include checking numbers, text, and formatting in a variety of client deliverables, including proposals, questionnaires, reports, and presentations
  • Test programming logic, text, and respondent experience of online surveys
  • Coordinate focus group and in-depth interview project logistics, including writing screening questionnaires, liaising with focus group facilities, and conducting phone and online recruitment
  • Compile qualitative data to assist with analysis. Code verbatim responses to open-ended questions and pull representative quotes to add value to reports
  • Assist with data collection, including quality control, fielding updates, and incentives processing
  • Work with sample/lists in Excel for the purposes of sending invitations to potential research participants
  • May assist with mail survey processing and data entry
  • May assist with report writing, including writing headlines and findings among sub-groups of the population
  • Gain exposure to subject matter in area(s) assigned
  • Assist with other project work as needed
