Doug’s work focuses on retirement savings and retirement income studies for many of the nation’s leading financial services companies and trade associations. He manages two of Greenwald’s Syndicated Studies, the Retiree Insights Program and Guaranteed Lifetime Income Study, and is sought out for his insight on plan sponsor and participant views on retirement plans and income solutions. Doug also brings deep expertise in research methodologies and advanced analytics to the team. In his role, Doug is responsible for the strategic growth of Greenwald’s financial services practice.</p>

<p>Jill Koly oversees IT and technical research operations for the company. She and her team manage all in-house database management and survey and data tabulation programming. Jill specializes in sample management and large-scale data collection. She ensures the security and proper handling of client-provided sample lists, manages compliance with HIPPA and other security protocols, and works with clients to develop custom, proprietary panels.</p>

<p>Elyse Rossi oversees Greenwald’s finances and operations and works closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution of internal and external initiatives. She manages Greenwald’s accounting and procurement functions, working with staff, clients, and vendors to develop and maintain effective processes.</p>

<p>Elyse has a BA in International Development from UCLA and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She joined Greenwald in 2020.</p>

<p>Edna Vasquez-Dretzka has over 15 years of healthcare consulting and market research experience. Edna has worked for many of the nation’s leading health and wealth companies, focusing on the customer experience, brand and product communications, and sales and service effectiveness. In her role, Edna is responsible for the strategic growth of Greenwald’s healthcare practice, and she is frequently called on for her experience with qualitative research. She also oversees Greenwald’s industry-leading Syndicated Study, the Consumer Engagement in Healthcare Study.</p>

<p>Edna has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in strategy and marketing. Edna is a Robert Bosch Fellow and joined Greenwald in 2017.</p>

<p>Bryan Dewsbury is Greenwald’s lead survey programmer, with over 20 years of experience managing the programming, data collection, analytic plans, and execution for online and mixed-mode surveys. Bryan is especially adept in programming complex surveys and formatting online surveys to align with clients’ branding. He works with others on his team to cultivate and maintain a database of financial professionals, such as life agents, RIAs, advisors, and brokers, who can be contacted for research purposes. Trained in both research and programming, Bryan works to bring innovative programming techniques, tools and vendors to Greenwald’s projects.</p>

With a focus on B2C work, she specializes in investor and participant research, examining their investment knowledge, needs, and relationship with financial professionals. Caroline has worked with clients to maintain custom, proprietary client panels and manages several long-standing trend studies, such as the Retirement Confidence Survey.</p>

He oversees both qualitative and quantitative research with employers and benefit brokers regarding carrier awareness, selection, and performance. Greg manages Greenwald’s Insider Panel for benefit brokers and consultants, probing them on industry trends and keeping panelists engaged. For his industry expertise and research rigor, Greg is a trusted consultant to several key health insurance and benefits clients. Greg joined the Greenwald team in 2011.</p>

His work focuses on financial and investment product development and communications. Brian also develops thought leadership and awareness/advocacy studies for many of the nation’s leading financial services companies and trade associations. He has given numerous speeches and presentations and is often cited in the press. Brian is an experienced focus group moderator and in-depth interviewer, particularly adept at gaining insights from financial professionals.</p>
